Quarter Side of Beef:
Our beef is sold in either a Whole, Half or Quarter in size at a flat rate of $15/kg carcass weight. This is before it is boned out etc. The meat is bagged bulk in cuts, so that means all your Tbones are in one bag together, all your mince in another etc. This makes it easy for you to bag up to suit your household. In a nutshell, you will get your prime steaks, mince, roasts, silverside (corned or not), ribs, minute steaks, stewing steaks etc and dog bones if you like. No snags at this stage.
They are delivered in chilltainers, especially designed reflective foodsafe boxes, by our refrigerated van, direct to your door, by either Lonny or the farmer himself, Garry Peel.
We estimate that a Quarter of beef will weigh between 50-55kg, with the heifers processed by our butcher in our accredited facility (A:10/1391). You will need to contact Lonny on 0427682778, or message her via this website, and she will put you on the pre-order list. Once we have enough orders to get the butcher in, we will contact you for a deposit, with balance payable upon delivery.
